When will my order ship? Our goal is to deliver to you the freshest candy/treats possible. Orders placed by 2 p.m., Monday - Thursday, Central Standard Time will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be shipped the next business day (usually Monday). All orders are shipped USPS, Priority mail. You should receive your order in 1-3 business days. Do you have Kandy Koated Merchandise available? We're glad you asked. We do plan to add Kandy Koated merchandise such as mugs, tee-shirts, and kitchen wear in the near future. Stay tuned. When will you add more candy flavors/choices? We are considering new candies, treats, and praline flavors all the time. Be on the lookout. Also, if you have a flavor you would love to see us carry, let us know. Can you ship to a P.O. Box? Sorry we cannot. A physical address is required for shipping. What is your return policy? Note that we take extra care when packing your shipment. Despite these efforts, the delicate nature of pralines makes them susceptible to breakage. While this does not affect the taste of your pralines, if there are many pieces in your order that are broken, please notify us immediately and we will do what it takes to accommodate you.
